If you have not participated in OV's 2012 Recreational or Competitive Season, a tryout waiver form below (click here for form) must be filled out and submitted at check-in. |

- Pre-Registration will be open until March 1st.
- All players must tryout in their proper age group unless approved by one of the three coaching directors.
- Please ensure that participants do not wear any uniforms, jackets or other clothing that shows that they are currently on a team (this includes team backpacks), in consideration of new players that might be at tryouts for the first time.
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your tryout window in order to sign in.
- A parent must be present to sign in any player that did not participate in the 2012 Fall Season.
- Shin guards are required.
- For the Second Day: If you are returning on Sunday, be sure to get the same player number.
